Asrama Bahagia Kg. Pandan is an institution under Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat WPKL since 1947. It is a place for temporary detention and rehabilitation for girls between the ages of 10 and 18 who are in conflict with the law or are deemed uncontrolled by their parents/guardians.
