What is available for rent at Pusat Kreatif Kanak-kanak Tuanku Bainun?
We have a variety of venues for rent to suit different needs:
- KuAsh Theatre
- Temutamu Function Hall
- Dance Studio
- Art Studio
- Culinary Studio
- Classroom Outdoor areas - lower dome, upper dome and more
- Amphitheatre
Can I come for a visit?
Yes, you may come for a non-obligatory visit to view the available venues. To ensure you have the best experience, contact us at: pkk.venueteams@gmail.com or call us at +6019-667 8559 for an appointment and we will be more than happy to bring you on a tour of our Centre.
What amenities are provided when I rent a space?
We have restrooms at each block, an independent on-site café, surau, open air parking, OKU parking and security guards.
What is included in the rental rate?
In general, a specified number of tables and chairs, PA System, complimentary wi-fi. It varies depending on the venue.
Note: For KuAsh Theatre, rental rates include support of 2 x technical person. For Culinary Studio, cooking utensils & cutlery and equipment such as a blender, rice cooker, oven, induction cooker, freezer and etc are included.
What other equipment do you have?
At minimal charges we have other equipment such as projectors, smoke machine, additional microphones, portable whiteboards, dance mat and etc.
How many people can you accommodate/ what is your capacity?
We have a variety of venues to suit different needs:
- KuAsh Theatre - up to 246 pax
- Temutamu Function Hall - Banquet seating at 120 pax, Seminar seating 180 pax
- Dance Studio - 20 to 30 pax
- Art Studio - 20 to 30 pax
- Culinary Studio - 10 to 25 pax
- Classroom - 10 to 15 pax
Can I bring my own caterers and suppliers?
Yes, you may bring your own caterers and suppliers (subject to terms & conditions).
What is your cancellation policy?
100% refund of rental and deposit if cancellation is notified 1 month or more prior to booking date.
50% refund of rental, deposit and security deposit if cancellation is notified less than 1 month prior to booking date (subject to terms & conditions).
What type of events has the venues been used for?
Over the years, there have been product launches, seminars, conferences, weekly adult & children classes, bazaars, concerts, graduations, theatre & art performances, musical recitals, commercial,television & reality tv photoshoot and filming,auditions, sporting events, wellness events, marathon pit stop, private events such as birthdays, solemnization and more.
