Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (JKM WPKL) and PKK Tuanku Bainun entered into a collaboration on children’s creative programme with the signing of an MoU at Temu Tamu Hall in October.
The MoU was signed by Puan Wan Noraidah, JKM WPKL Director and Yang Mulia Puan Raja Mazlena, PKK Tuanku Bainun’s General Manager, and witnessed by PKK Tuanku Bainun’s Chairman, Raja Dato’ Seri Azureen binti Sultan Azlan Shah.
This collaborative children’s creativity programme aims to expose children and teenagers from Projek Perumahan Rakyat (PPR) and Perumahan Awam (PA) to the arts, heritage and culture through our Alam Kreatif Programmes for underprivileged children and to fill their spare time with beneficial activities rather than social ills and immoral activities. With this in mind, JKM WPKL and PKK Tuanku Bainun have taken this initiative to open and steer the minds of these children towards a goal.
