Culinary
Held in our fully-equipped modern kitchen studio, the culinary programme encourages children to be active participants in the prepping, cooking and tasting process. With three different age group classes available, children with different abilities are able to learn the values associated with preparing food for themselves and their loved ones.
About the programme
Children will be cooking simple healthy dishes while learning the rules on how to work in a kitchen. They will learn to prepare raw ingredients, introduced to different cooking techniques such as boiling, baking, frying and steaming and also practice cleaning up their work stations. By the end of the programme, children will grasp the concept of patience, responsibility and teamwork through the art of food making.
