The Things We Find in Ashes features the Season 4 ensemble members of the Teen Theatre Project, a programme by PKK Tuanku Bainun with the support of theatrethreesixty. This is the second and final production for the Teen Theatre Project Season 4.
The Things We Find in Ashes is set in 1949 Malaya, a once-grand library becomes a s shelter home for girls and young women looking for safety, belonging and hope. It tells the story of survival, sisterhood, and the resilience of those who build their homes from ruins. This production is written and directed by Arsyad Azrai, our Head of Creative Programmes.
Presented mainly in English. The production will run for around 80 minutes without and intermission.
Minimum age: 10 years old.
Tickets are based on a minimum donation of RM30. 100% of your donation will go towards supporting PKK Tuanku Bainun’s Arts Programme. If you are requesting a tax exempt receipt, you may collect it on the day of the show if it is ready.
