Through monthly visits to the neighbourhood market, learn how to appreciate our local ingredients and create traditional recipes with a twist.


 

Young Chef offers an awesome learning experience for participants from kitchen and food preparation skills, shopping for produce, manning the cooking utensils and the art of food presentation. This workshop is steeped with nutritional literacy, peppered with local culture and infused with creativity. Participants will explore their palates, observe changes in smell, texture and color of the items that they cooked while describing their dishes as part of culinary appreciation.

Bengkel Chef Muda menawarkan pengalaman pembelajaran yang menarik bagi peserta dari kemahiran dapur dan penyediaan makanan, membeli-belah untuk bahan makanan dan seni persembahan sajian. Bengkel ini kaya dengan literasi pemakanan, dengan unsur budaya tempatan dan penu dengan kreativiti. Peserta dapat mencuba pelbagai rasa, bau, tekstur, kepelbagaian warna dari ramuan sambil menghayati seni kulinari.
