This programme offers the children who love the traditional instrument that is a common assemble in Java and Bali. The children can explore all the gamelan instruments during the class. Then, the children can have their own performance at the end of the year.
Who is the educator?
Muhammad Rushdi is one of the tutors at Summer Enrichment Program in collaboration with Asia University (Taiwan), Kwansei Gakuen & Tottori University (Japan), Kongju & Sejong University (Korea) and PKNU (Korea). He is also a freelance musician.

THEATRE
7 - 18 years
Theatre helps children gain their confidence and coordinate all of the elements needed to perform in a great performance. At the same time, children can explore their talent through acting methods that will be taught in the class.
Who is the educator?
The educator of this programme is Nor Maisyarah. She was the first class student for degree in theatre. In 2015, she was one of the actor for Garasi Performance Institute, Yogyakarta. Then, she was the actor for the devised theatre for a Master thesis project at Akademi Seni and Warisan Negara (ASWARA) in 2017.

YOUNG CHEF

Young chefs have an opportunity to explore the palate, observe smell, texture and colour while developing fine motor skills.
Who is the educator?
Sunita A/P Joginder Paul Sachdev is a home maker. She has been cooking for small catering services. While she is experienced in the delicious traditional Indian cuisines, she is also well versed with other types of food. Sunita is one of our pioneer educators and has worked with PKK Tuanku Bainun for the past 3 years. Sunita champions the notion of good, healthy food, good hygiene, best behavior & principles in children. Sunita is also a wife, mother to 2 children and grandmother to 2 adorable grandkids .

ANGKLUNG
7 -18 years
This programme offers the children to learn on how to play the angklung instrument. The Angklung is an instrument that was made from a varying number of bamboo tubes attached to a bamboo frame. The children will be guided by the experienced teacher in Angklung.
Who is the educator?
Sam Mat Kous started learning music at Yamaha Music School and studied music part time at University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He then joined an Angklung class in Maja Village North, Indonesia. He started his own business - "Heritage of Culture" at Shah Alam Gallery, Selangor. He is also actively involved as a trainer at various schools.

TRADITIONAL DANCE
7 -18 years
Traditional Dance will exposed the children to the basic art education. At the same time, children can explore the values of the national arts as the core of the culture-building society.
Who is the educator?
Mohamad Yunos (aka Rudy Redza)’s interest in arts began in primary school which led to involvement in various types of performing arts, including Musical Theatre, Dance Drama and Malay Classical Music. A former Resident Artiste of Istana Budaya in 2007, he has been working as a Tutor at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and has served as a Dance Coach and Costume Coordinator in various productions in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Yunos possesses a Bachelor Degree in Biomedicine from National University of Malaysia and is also pursuing his MA in Malay Studies, majoring in Malay Culture and Its Practice. He was trained in Malay Classical Dance under former National Culture Complex (Kompleks Budaya Negara) principal dancer Datin Syarifah Mahani Syed Kassim and Gamelan activist Zaharah Hamid, Wan Salmah and Hamzah Abdul Hamid. He now dedicates his time in efforts to rejuvenate and as a conservator for the art of Malay custom and as a Busana Melayu activist.

VISUAL ARTS
7 -18 years
Visual arts is a creative art whose products are to be appreciated by sight, such as sketching, drawing, painting, sculpture and woodcut. Hence, the programme was opened for the children who love arts. Moreover, the children can explore the life of arts throughout this programme.
Who is the educator?
The educator for this programme is Yusof Gajah. He has a lot of experience in arts. He already got a lot of international awards such as Grand Prix (The Real Elephant) NOMA Concour For Children’s
Picture Book Illustration, Best Prize Prize, Medical Illustration Of Picture Book, Dewan Bahasa Dan Pustaka, Kuala Lumpur and etc.
